DIGITAL PRODUCT RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Ourlune sells downloadable digital products. Nothing physical is shipped.

Because digital products are delivered immediately and cannot be returned, purchases are generally final once the download or access link has been delivered or accessed.

Please contact us within 14 days of purchase if:
• you were charged more than once for the same order;
• the file or access link does not work and we cannot provide a working replacement;
• you received the wrong product; or
• the product was materially different from its description.

Where a product has not been downloaded or accessed, we may approve a cancellation or refund at our discretion. We may ask for the order number and information needed to diagnose a delivery problem.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing times are controlled by the payment provider and financial institution.

Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer-protection law.
